Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Esteem Apparel. We want you to be confident in your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Condition and hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, compression garments and undergarments can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and any hygiene seals intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags or hygiene seal removed cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@esteemapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions, including where to mail the item. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions, as this can delay your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size is to start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you need. Email contact@esteemapparel.com and we will help make the switch smooth.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@esteemapparel.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

International returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
