Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Esteem Apparel. We want you to be confident in your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Refunds and exchanges — orders of 2 items or fewer

If your refund or exchange request covers 2 items or fewer, you do not need to mail anything back. Simply email us at contact@esteemapparel.com with your order number and we will issue your full refund or ship your exchange — no return shipping, no waiting.

Refunds and exchanges — 3 or more items

If your refund or exchange request covers 3 or more items, the items must be mailed back to us and received by our warehouse before your refund or exchange is processed. Email contact@esteemapparel.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions, including the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and any hygiene seals intact. Once your return has been received, send us a copy of your return shipping invoice or receipt and we will reimburse your return shipping cost together with your refund or exchange.

International orders

The same policy applies to international orders: requests covering 2 items or fewer require no return, and requests covering 3 or more items must be mailed back before a refund or exchange is processed. International returns are sent to our international warehouse — the address will be provided with your return instructions. Any customs duties or taxes on the original order are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Refunds for 1–2 item requests are issued promptly upon approval. Refunds for 3+ item requests are issued once your return is received and inspected. All approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.

Fair use

We reserve the right to require a return, decline a refund or exchange request, or limit future keep-it refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive claims.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@esteemapparel.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.
