Use a flexible measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest and your natural waist. Keep the tape level and snug without pulling it tight, and measure while standing relaxed. Compare your measurements with the size chart before ordering.
Choose the larger size. Our shirts are designed for a very snug fit, and sizing up when you are between sizes makes them easier to put on while still providing compression.
Check your chest and waist measurements against the size chart instead of relying only on your usual T-shirt size. Compression shirts fit much more closely than regular clothing. Review the sizing guidance for the style you are buying, and size up when in doubt.
Do not choose a smaller size just to match one measurement. Start with the larger size indicated by your measurements. If you are unsure, contact us with your chest, waist and height measurements and the style you are considering for help choosing your fit.
Choose Original for our firmest fit and strongest chest-smoothing effect, Max for balanced compression and overall body slimming, or EliteSlim for a lighter, more breathable undershirt feel. Compression feel also depends on your body shape and the size you choose.
No. Choose the size that matches your measurements. These shirts already fit tightly, so a smaller size can be harder to put on and less comfortable. If you want a firmer feel, consider Original in the correct size instead.
Step into the shirt and pull it up gradually, as shown in the guide above. Adjust the fabric evenly over your chest and stomach, and smooth out any folds. Avoid yanking on the neckline or shoulder straps.
Follow the care label. Machine wash cold or at a low temperature and hang dry for best results. Avoid bleach, ironing and high heat, which can damage the fabric and reduce its elasticity.
